Ingredients: (Serves 2) 500g fillet Threadfin Salmon Olive Oil Lemon juice 2 tablespoons honey Plain flour Salt and White pepper
Preparation: Thinly slice the fillet and coat in flour mixed with salt and pepper. Grill or lightly fry in olive oil. Heat the honey in a saucepan with a generous squeeze of lemon. Pour over the fish.
Serving Serve with steamed vegetables or a crisp salad. Threadfin Salmon
